TERMS OF SERVICE for ZODIACK VIDEOEDITING
Read before commissioning me!

General Terms:
1: I have the right to reject your commission if I feel uncomfortable with your request.
2: Please, mind your manners when contacting me. If we both talk like adults, we will find an agreement easily.
3: Paypal only
4: I have the right to use your commission to promote my works on social networks, portfolios and websites alike.
5: Credit if you post my works is required
6: Disrespecting one of any of these points will make you lose rights over the product you recieved/will recieve.
How to commission me:
You can easily DM me on Twitter or Discord and we can discuss terms. I will mainly ask for:
1: What kind of video you'll need (Clip montage, trailer, presentation, etc.)
2: A better detailed description of the idea you have in mind (and possibly, give me examples, so that I can adapt my style to what you are looking for)
3: Your emailI will contact you as soon as possible to talk about your plan!
Feel free to ask any kind of questions regarding this!
And remember I will save the conversation for legal reasons.
Payments:
If the price is below 40€, I will let you pay all at once at the end of the job!
If the price is ABOVE 40€, I will have you pay 50% in advance, as a safeguard for me and yourself.
Refunds:
You can ask refunds only for 50% in advance payments, or if we are at less than 48h from your request.
DON'T DO CHARGE BACK, OR I'LL CONTACT PAYPAL SHOWING THIS T.O.S, OUR CONVERSATIONS AND THE COMMISSION PROCESS.
Deadlines:
I will always try to deliver the product as soon as possible, but there may be variations:
1: Private reasons could slow down the process
2: Rough versions will be delivered from time to time, in case there are doubts, in those cases the creative process will very likely stop until further instructions
3: First come, first served! If you just commissioned me and I already have other people waiting, they have the priority!I will usually give an estimated delivery time, but we are all humans with other things to do in our lives, so if there are a couple of slowdowns here it's only normal!
Updates and Work-In-Progress rules:
As mentioned earlier, I will deliver rough versions from time to time, especially when it comes to complex projects like trailers and presentations, so expect work in progress progressions from me!
Fees:
1: Priority: If you ask for a video to be delivered before the others, I will ask for DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. The same applies if I consider the DEADLINE to be TOO CLOSE compared to the amount of work I need to go through!2: Private: If you are going to keep this video private for personal purposes and I am not allowed to repost it anywhere, the PRICE WILL INCREASE by 50%.
